Refund policy

All Sales Final — No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason once an order has been placed and fulfilled.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customersupport@getfurproof.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit. This does not constitute a general return or refund policy.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been submitted and processed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
